Yang style short form as taught by Prof. Cheng Man Ching. 37 Movements, takes about 10 minutes to complete one round. Tai Chi is the best health exercise for all ages, weak or strong, male or female, for relaxing and releasing tension, strengthening inner organs, sharpening senses, and improving mental concentration. Tai Chi is the highest form of self-defense, using yielding ability and receiving and returning of the opponent's force to attack him.
Tai Chi Beginners Class meets twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday 7 - 8pm. One class is taught by Master Ahn and a review class is taught by another instructor.
Tai Chi Corrections meets Monday and Wednesday, 7 - 8pm.
