Tai Chi Sword — Ruled by water element. Improves your awareness of space, time, consciousness, and health of kidneys, bones, and sexual organs.

Tai Chi Double Stick / Double Knife — Ruled by wood and fire elements. Improves heart, liver, gall bladder, and gland system.
