Wu Chi Breathing is a deep breathing exercise to self-heal using one's own breath. Most of us breathe only at about 20% of our capacity. Wu Chi Breathing can help you to double or triple your breathing capacity, which will make you feel more alive, more conscious, and increase your health and happiness.
This workshop will help you to release tensions and emotional blocks. Everyone can benefit, especially those that:
Need stronger breathing capacity
Need to focus and think clearly
Suffer from insomnia
Suffer from anxiety, depression, or angry outbursts
